Q. Why New Jersey?
Because New Jersey is where we're from. It's also an awesome place that few not from here truly appreciate. We try to rep the better parts while still remaining aware and occassionally poking fun at our own flaws. It's what Jersey is about.
 
 
Q. Where's the shop?
We have 2 storefront locations!
908 Main Street in Belmar, NJ - between 9th and 10th
1776 Hooper Avenue in Toms River, NJ - just south of the McDonald's in Silverton. Across the street from Club Metro Fitness.
 
 
Q. Where'd the idea come from?
The idea for a Jersey oriented shop was first floated by supporters and members of the BGH organization. Basically, they had been searching for a legit local place to display their work but most businesses didn't want to carry their merch due to it's lively content. So, a whole bunch of other folks jumped onboard and the store was eventually founded on the boardwalk of Asbury Park on July 4th, 2008.
 
 
Q. How do I change my order?
If you'd like to edit your order after placing it, please write or call us as quickly as possible. If you get to us before we ship your order, we can change whatever you'd like free of charge. After that we'll make whatever adjustments you'd like, but you'll be responsible for covering extra shipping charges.

Q. How does the shipping work?
All online orders are shipped twice weekly. Everything is shipped USPS from, you guessed it, New Jersey. All packages are shipped Priority Mail (3 business days) and envelopes (stickers and other such things) are sent standard postage (3-5 business days).

Generally, it shouldn't take more than week to ten days to receive your order, but if there are any delays, we'll let you know as quickly as possible via email.

If you need an item by a specific date, don't leave it in the hands of the Post Office - either call us or stop in the shop to pick up what you're looking for. Whoever is working can also check to see if a design or size is available in stock if you call first (732-608-7647)
 
 
Q. Do you ship international?
For anything heading overseas, it's definitely a good idea tos hoot us an email over to info@truejersey.com first. Be aware that extra postage costs for international packages must be paid by the customer. Note that we always make sure that we find the most cost-effective method to send the package and no extra charges will be placed on your order until after a price quote is sent out via email and agreed upon by the customer. Also be aware of longer estimated delivery times on your order, as our normal 3-day USPS Priority Mail only applies to domestic orders.
