Policy
All online orders are shipped twice weekly. Everything is shipped USPS from, you guessed it, New Jersey. All packages are shipped Priority Mail (3 business days) and envelopes (stickers and other such things) are sent standard postage (3-5 business days).

Generally, it shouldn't take more than week to ten days to receive your order, but if there are any delays we'll let you know as quickly as possible via email.

If you need an item by a specific date, don't leave it in the hands of the Post Office - either call us or stop in the shop to pick up what you're looking for. With any other questions, you can email us through our contact page or email direct to info@truejersey.com
 
 
Return
Policy
All online sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, send us an email at info@truejersey.com and we will resolve the issue by getting you the correct item. If we require you to mail a product back to us, we will reemburse you for the shipping costs onto the credit card used for the original purchase. The new items will be sent out with no additional shipping charges.

In the event that you are not satisfied with our products and would like to return them, send an email to info@truejersey.com within 7 business days of the shipping date (the date will be stamped on the packaging by the USPS), explaining why you are not satisfied. Allow 3-5 business days for the return to be accepted or denied. If a return is agreed upon, the products must be shipped back to us and examined before we issue a refund.
 
 
Refund
Policy
Refunds that occur due to errors on our behalf, such as shipping reemburcements for items that we require you to send back to us will be processed within 3-5 business days after the package is received and the products are inspected. The refund will be made onto the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Refunds that occur due to returned items or cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 days after the package is received and the products are inspected. There will be no refund on the shipping charges from the original purchase and a 10% restocking fee will be removed from the amount of the refund. For example, if an order is placed for $40 worth of merchandise with a $6 shipping charge, the total amount that will be refunded will be $36 ($46 Total - $6 Shipping = $40 Merchandise - 10% [$4] = $36 Refund). The refund will be made onto the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
 
 
International
Shipping
For anything heading overseas, it's definitely a good idea tos hoot us an email over to info@truejersey.com first. Be aware that extra postage costs for international packages must be paid by the customer. Note that we always make sure that we find the most cost-effective method to send the package and no extra charges will be placed on your order until after a price quote is sent out via email and agreed upon by the customer. Also be aware of longer estimated delivery times on your order, as our normal 3-day USPS Priority Mail only applies to domestic orders.
